สิทธิประโยชน์

（1）ลูกค้าสามารถติดตามสถานะ และเวลาคาดการณ์ที่ช่างเทคนิคและรถยกจะมาถึงจุดเกิดเหตุได้ผ่านแอปพลิเคชัน GWM.

（2）บริการให้คำปรึกษาด้านเทคนิคตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง.

（3）บริการให้ความช่วยเหลือฉุกเฉินไม่จำกัดจำนวนครั้งต่อปี.

（4）บริการส่งช่างเทคนิคไปยังจุดเกิดเหตุภายใน 30 นาที หรือบริการรถยกภายใน 45 นาที ในกรณีที่ช่างเทคนิคไม่สามารถแก้ปัญหาได้ (ระยะเวลาสำหรับเขตกรุงเทพฯและปริมณฑล).

（5）บริการรถยกไม่จำกัดจำนวนครั้งต่อปี.

（6）ฟรี บริการยกรถไปยังศูนย์บริการมาตรฐาน GWM ที่ใกล้เคียงจุดเกิดเหตุที่สุด ไม่จำกัดระยะทาง.

（7）ฟรี บริการส่งลูกค้าที่บ้านหรือสถานที่ปลายทาง.

（8）บริการส่งและจัดหาที่พัก หากจุดเกิดเหตุอยู่ห่างจากที่พักของลูกค้าเกินกว่า 200 กิโลเมตร และรถยนต์ไม่สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาได้ภายในวันที่เกิดเหตุ.

（9）กรณีล็อกรถโดยไม่ตั้งใจ มีบริการรับกุญแจสำรอง ณ ที่พักของลูกค้าภายในระยะทาง 20 กิโลเมตร ระยะทางส่วนเกินมีค่าใช้จ่าย 25 บาทต่อกิโลเมตร และในกรณีที่มีเหตุจำเป็น ต้องประสานงานช่างกุญแจเพื่อทำการปลดล็อก จะต้องได้รับความยินยอมจากลูกค้า และลูกค้าเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายดังกล่า.

（10）บริการเติมน้ำมันฟรี 10 ลิตร ปีละ 1 ครั้ง กรณีน้ำมันหมดฉุกเฉิน และรถยนต์ไม่สามารถขับเคลื่อนได้.

*เงื่อนไขเป็นไปตามที่บริษัทฯกำหนด

（1）เฉพาะเหตุรถยนต์ขัดข้องฉุกเฉิน และไม่สามารถขับเคลื่อนต่อได้.

（2）ไม่รวมถึงกรณีเกิดอุบัติเหตุ.

（3）เป็นการให้บริการช่วยเหลือเบื้องต้นเพื่อให้รถยนต์สามารถขับเคลื่อนไปยังศูนย์บริการมาตรฐาน GWM ที่ใกล้ที่สุดเพื่อรับการแก้ไขปัญหาต่อไปได้เท่านั้น.

**ระยะเวลาสำหรับเขตกรุงเทพฯและปริมณฑล

GWM ให้คุณ "ไร้กังวล" ไปกับการบำรุงรักษารถยนต์ตามระยะทางยาวนานสูงสุดถึง 5 ปี.

（1）（1）GCSI ฟรีเฉพาะค่าแรงตามตารางบำรุงรักษาตามระยะทาง

บริการที่เราจะไปรับรถยนต์ GWM เพื่อเข้ารับบริการบำรุงรักษาตามระยะทางที่ศูนย์บริการมาตรฐาน GWM และส่งมอบรถยนต์คืน ณ สถานที่นัดหมาย หลังบริการเสร็จสิ้น ง่ายๆ เพียงทำการนัดหมายล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 2 วันทำการ

（3）ค่าบริการ 750 บาทต่อเที่ยว ( 1 เที่ยวนับจากสถานที่ของลูกค้าไปยังศูนย์บริการ GWM หรือ จากศูนย์บริการ GWM ไปยังสถานที่ของลูกค้า) ในการออกให้บริการภายในระยะทางไม่เกิน 10 กิโลเมตร ส่วนเกินจาก 10 กิโลเมตร มีค่าใช้จ่าย 5 บาท ต่อกิโลเมตร (ราคาไม่รวมภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม 7%)
