We have a global business and our operations are spread around the world. As a result, we collect and transfer Personal Data on a global basis. That means that we may transfer your Personal Data to locations outside of your country. (ซ) ป้องกันความปลอดภัยของเว็บไซด์และแอปพลิเคชัน

(ฌ) สื่อสารกับท่าน และ กำหนดความฉพาะเจาะจงสำหรับลูกค้าแต่ละบุคคล

(ญ) ดำเนินกิจกรรมอื่นๆ เช่น กิจกรรมทางการตลาด การสื่อสารข้อมูลส่งเสริมการขาย

(ฎ) ดำเนินการด้านความปลอดภัยของโครงข่ายและข้อมูล รวมถึงการป้องกันการเข้าถึงอันมิชอบสู่ระบบคอมพิวเตอร์หรือระบบสื่อสารอิเล็กทรอนิกส์และป้องกันโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ทุกชนิดที่ถูกออกแบบมาเพื่อมุ่งร้ายต่อคอมพิวเตอร์และเครือข่าย

(ข) กลุ่มบริษัท ผู้ให้บริการ ผู้รับจ้าง ผู้แทน หรือบุคคลภายนอกอื่นที่เราว่าจ้างให้สนับสนุนธุรกิจของเราและบริการที่เราจัดให้แก่ท่าน ตัวอย่างเช่น ทางด้านการตลาด เทคโนโลยี การจัดส่งจดหมายทางไปรษณีย์ โทรคมนาคม หรือเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ บุคคลภายนอกดังกล่าวสามารถจะใช้หรือเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลได้เท่าที่จำเป็นในการจัดให้บริการแก่ท่านในนามของเราตามคำสั่งของเราเท่านั้น กล่าวคือ จะไม่มีการใช้หรือเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านที่ได้รับจากเราเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์อื่น

(ค) บริษัทที่จัดให้บริการ ตัวอย่างเช่น บริการด้านการตลาด การโฆษณา การดำเนินการจดทะเบียนออนไลน์ การดำเนินการชำระเงิน การประมวลผลข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับธุรกรรม และการปรับปรุงเว็บไซต์ เราจะโอนข้อมูลสถิติและการใช้ข้อมูลของท่านให้แก่บุคคลภายนอกดังกล่าวนั้น ทั้งนี้ เว้นแต่ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่ทำให้สามารถระบุตัวบุคคลของท่านได้

(ง) ผู้ซื้อบริษัท หรือผู้รับโอนที่เข้าร่วมในการปรับปรุงโครงสร้าง การควบรวมกิจการ การขายหรือการโอนสินทรัพย์ไม่ว่าทั้งหมดหรือบางส่วน เราจะโอนชุดข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านให้แก่บุคคลภายนอกดังกล่าวนั้น เราจะดำเนินการตามขั้นตอนที่เหมาะสมเพื่อให้แน่ใจได้ว่าผู้ซื้อบริษัทหรือผู้รับโอนจะปฏิบัติตามเงื่อนไขตามที่ระบุไว้ในนโยบายนี้

(จ) บุคคลภายนอกอื่นที่ได้รับความยินยอมจากท่าน

(ฉ) ผู้จัดงานอีเวนต์และบุคคลอื่นที่รับผิดชอบในการซื้อขายหรือการจัดงานอีเวนต์ให้ลุล่วง ผู้จัดงานอีเวนต์และบุคคลอื่นนั้นอาจใช้ข้อมูลที่เราให้ โดยใช้ในลักษณะตามที่ได้ระบุไว้ในนโยบายส่วนบุคคลที่เกี่ยวข้องของผู้จัดงานอีเวนต์หรือของบุคคลดังกล่าว

(ช) หุ้นส่วนดีลเลอร์ของเรา บริษัทในเครือที่เกี่ยวข้อง หรือผู้สืบสิทธิประโยชน์ในธุรกิจของเราทั้งหมดหรือบางส่วน ถ้าบุคคลดังกล่าวต้องการข้อมูลลูกค้าเช่นว่านั้นเพื่อจัดให้บริการและจัดให้ประสบการณ์แก่ลูกค้าที่ดีขึ้น หรือถ้ามีการขายธุรกิจส่วนหนึ่งส่วนใดของ GWM ในกรณีนั้น เราอาจให้รายชื่อลูกค้าของเราตามที่เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของธุรกรรมนั้น

(ซ) บุคคลใดที่ให้บริการแก่เราด้านการสอบบัญชี กฎหมาย การปฏิบัติการ หรือบริการอื่นที่คล้ายคลึงกัน เมื่อใดก็ตามที่สามารถกระทำได้ เราจะให้ผู้รับข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์เหล่านี้ตกลงเป็นหนังสือที่จะยึดถือข้อมูลไว้เป็นความลับ ใช้ข้อมูลเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ที่ได้รับอนุญาตเท่านั้น และส่งคืนหรือทำลายข้อมูลเมื่อได้จัดให้บริการเรียบร้อยแล้ว

(ฌ) หน่วยงานกำกับดูแล เจ้าหน้าที่ของรัฐ หน่วยงานราชการ ศาล หรือหน่วยงานอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้องตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด หรือบุคคลอื่นตามที่เราเห็นว่าจำเป็นตามสมควรเพื่อปกป้องความปลอดภัยของ (1) บุคคล (2) สาธารณะ/ประเทศ/ชาติ หรือ (3) ความปลอดภัยและความน่าเชื่อถือของ GWM และ/หรือ เว็บไซต์นี้ ถ้าท่านได้เคยให้ที่อยู่อีเมล์แก่เราและไม่ประสงค์จะได้รับการแจ้งทางอีเมล์จากเราอีกต่อไป ท่านสามารถเอาชื่อของท่านออกจากรายชื่ออีเมล์ของเราได้คลิก ยกเลิกการลงทะเบียน (unsubscribe) ในอีเมล์ที่ท่านได้รับจากเรา

เรามีธุรกิจนานาชาติและการดำเนินงานของเรากระจายไปทั่วโลก ด้วยเหตุนี้เราจึงรวบรวมและโอนข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลไปทั่วโลก นั่นหมายความว่าเราอาจโอนข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านไปยังสถานที่ภายนอกประเทศของท่าน เราจะตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าการโอนข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านดังกล่าวนั้นเกิดขึ้นภายใต้ความยินยอมอย่างชัดแจ้งของท่านและจะดำเนินการเพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าประเทศปลายทางดังกล่าวมีมาตรฐานการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่เพียงพอ

อย่างไรก็ดี ในกรณีที่ประเทศปลายทางไม่มีมาตรฐานการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่เพียงพอ การโอนข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลดังกล่าวจะต้องเป็นไปตามข้อยกเว้นที่กำหนดไว้ตามกฎหมายและกฎระเบียบที่บังคับใช้ และนโยบายคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลฉบับนี้ เว้นแต่จะได้รับความยินยอมจากท่าน โดยได้แจ้งให้ท่านทราบถึงมาตรฐานการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่ไม่เพียงพอของประเทศปลายทางที่รับข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลแล้ว

ถ้าท่านได้แบ่งปันข้อมูลใดดังกล่าว เช่น ข้อมูลการชำระเงิน ข้อมูลภูมิศาสตร์ ฯลฯ ข้อมูลเหล่านี้จะแบ่งปันต่อไปก็ต่อเมื่อได้รับความยินยอมจากท่าน หรือเพื่อดำเนินการให้บรรลุตามคำขอขอท่าน หรือเท่าที่จำเป็นเพื่อดำเนินธุรกรรมของท่านให้ลุล่วงเท่านั้น นอกจากนี้ เราจะไม่ขอข้อมูลที่อ่อนไหวใด ตัวอย่างเช่น หมายเลขเครดิตการ์ด หมายเลขบัญชีธนาคาร ฯลฯ ผ่านทางอีเมล์เด็ดขาด การกระทำดังกล่าวเรียกว่า “ฟิชชิง” ซึ่งเป็นการหลอกลวงที่ออกแบบมาเพื่อขโมยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล คำขอใดเช่นว่าที่ส่งมาทางอีเมลไม่ควรได้รับการตอบกลับ ท่านยังอาจพิจารณาอัปเดตการตั้งค่าอีเมลของท่านเพื่อบล็อกแหล่งที่ส่งอีเมลนั้นมาด้วย

เรารับรองว่าเราจะรวบรวม เก็บ และรักษาข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านอย่างปลอดภัยและเป็นความลับ โดยใช้มาตรการที่เหมาะสมและสมเหตุผลในการจัดให้ความปลอดภัย ป้องกันการเข้าถึง ป้องกันการใช้โดยไม่ชอบ การเข้าถึงจากคอมพิวเตอร์ที่ไม่ได้รับอนุญาต หรือการเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน และดำเนินการให้แน่ใจว่าบุคคลภายนอกรายใดที่ได้รับข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านจะจัดให้มีมาตรการที่เท่าเทียมกับมาตรการของเรา.

เราจะเก็บและดำเนินการให้ผู้จัดให้บริการของเราเก็บข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านไว้เป็นระยะเวลาหนึ่งตามที่เห็นว่าจำเป็นเพื่อดำเนินการให้บรรลุตามวัตถุประสงค์ที่ระบุไว้ในนโยบายนี้ ตามที่หน่วยงานกำกับดูแลกำหนด และตามกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง.

นื่องจากลักษณะของอินเทอร์เน็ต เราไม่สามารถรับประกันและไม่รับประกันความปลอดภัยของข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลหรือข้อมูลใดที่ท่านอาจเปิดเผยผ่านทางออนไลน์ ไม่ว่าในกรณีใดก็ตาม ท่านได้ยอมรับนัยยะธรรมชาติของความปลอดภัยในการเปิดเผยข้อมูลผ่านอินเทอร์เน็ต และตกลงให้ GWM ไม่ต้องรับผิดชอบต่อการละเมิดความปลอดภัยใด ๆ เว้นแต่ GWM ได้กระทำการโดยประมาทเลินเล่อหรือโดยเจตนาในการฝ่าฝืนหน้าที่ของเราตามข้อกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง

ล็อกเหล่านี้อาจประกอบไปด้วยข้อมูลดังนี้

● โดเมนอินเทอร์เน็ต ประเภทของเบราว์เซอร์ และระบบปฏิบัติการที่ท่านใช้ในการเข้าถึงเว็บไซต์นี้

● เลขที่อยู่ไอพีของท่าน (คอมพิวเตอร์ของท่านจะได้รับการจัดสรรเลขที่อยู่ไอพีให้โดยอัตโนมัติเมื่อท่านเล่นอินเทอร์เน็ต) เลขที่อยู่ไอพีของท่านอาจเป็นเลขที่อยู่ไอพีคงที่ (static ip) หรือไอพีไดนามิก (dynamic ip) เลขที่อยู่ไอพีคงที่อาจทำให้ระบุตัวตนของท่านได้ ส่วนเลขที่อยู่ไดนามิกนั้น ปกติแล้วจะไม่สามารถทำให้ระบุตัวบุคคลได้

● ที่อยู่ของเว็บไซต์ที่ท่านกดลิงก์เชื่อมต่อมา

GWM ใช้ข้อมูลเว็บล็อกและคลิกสตรีมเพื่อช่วยให้เราออกแบบเว็บไซต์ของเรา ระบุฟีเจอร์ยอดนิยมของเว็บไซต์ของเรา และทำให้เว็บไซต์ของเราเป็นประโยชน์แก่ผู้ใช้/ผู้เยี่ยมชมของเรามากขึ้น เว็บล็อกจะบันทึกเป็นไฟล์แบบเรียงลำดับ และปกติแล้วเราจะไม่พยายามระบุตัวบุคคลจากล็อกเหล่านี้ อย่างไรก็ดี เราอาจใช้เว็บล็อกเพื่อระบุตัวบุคคลที่พยายามเจาะเข้ามา ทำลาย บุกรุก หรือทำให้เว็บไซต์ของเราเสียหาย เราอาจแบ่งปันข้อมูลเว็บล็อกกับเจ้าหน้าที่ผู้บังคับใช้กฎหมายถ้าเราเชื่อว่ามีหลักฐานหรือเป็นไปได้ว่าจะเกิดการฝ่าฝืนกฎหมายหรือข้อบังคับแห่งสหพันธรัฐ รัฐ หรือท้องถิ่น

เว็บไซต์ของเรามีลิงก์ที่เชื่อมต่อไปยังเว็บไซต์ของบุคคลภายนอก โปรดทราบว่า GWM ไม่รับผิดชอบต่อทางปฏิบัติในด้านการรักษาความเป็นส่วนตัวของเว็บไซต์อื่นดังกล่าวนั้น เราสนับสนุนให้ผู้ใช้ของเราตระหนักในเรื่องนี้เมื่อผู้ใช้ได้ออกจากหน้าเว็บไซต์ของเราไป และให้ผู้ใช้อ่านประกาศเรื่องความเป็นส่วนตัวของแต่ละเว็บไซต์ที่มีการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล ประกาศเรื่องความเป็นส่วนตัวฉบับนี้ใช้บังคับกับข้อมูลที่เก็บรวบรวมโดยเว็บไซต์นี้เท่านั้น

เรารับรองว่าในระหว่างการเก็บข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน ท่านในฐานะเจ้าของข้อมูลมีสิทธิดังนี้

(ก) เพิกถอนความยินยอมใดที่ได้ให้ไว้แก่เรา ไม่ว่าทั้งหมดหรือบางส่วน/p>

(ข) ร้องขอการเข้าถึงและรับสำเนาข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านที่อยู่ในความรับผิดชอบของเรา หรือร้องขอให้มีการเปิดเผยการได้มาซึ่งข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านที่ได้มาโดยปราศจากความยินยอมของท่าน

(ค) คัดค้านการเก็บรวบรวม การใช้ หรือการเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านในกรณีที่ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลดังกล่าวได้เก็บรวบรวมมาโดยปราศจากความยินยอมของท่านที่จำเป็นในการเก็บรวบรวมนั้น หรือเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ในการทำการตลาดแบบตรง เว้นแต่เรามีสิทธิที่จะเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ หรือเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านได้โดยปราศจากความยินยอมของท่าน

(ง) ร้องขอให้เราลบข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน หรือทำให้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านเป็นข้อมูลที่ไม่สามารถระบุตัวบุคคลได้ในกรณีดังต่อไปนี้

ตัวบุคคลได้ในกรณีดังต่อไปนี้

ก. เมื่อข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านไม่มีความจำเป็นแก่วัตถุประสงค์ที่ได้เก็บรวบรวม ใช้ หรือเปิดเผยข้อมูลนั้นอีกต่อไป

ข. เมื่อท่านได้เพิกถอนความยินยอมที่ให้ไว้แก่เราเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ในการเก็บรวบรวม การใช้ หรือการเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน และเมื่อเราไม่มีมูลฐานทางกฎหมายสำหรับการเก็บรวบรวม การใช้ หรือการเปิดเผยดังกล่าว หรือ

ค. เมื่อท่านคัดค้านการเก็บรวบรวม การใช้ หรือการเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน

(จ) ร้องขอให้เราระงับการใช้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านในกรณีที่ไม่มีความจำเป็นที่จะต้องเก็บข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านตามวัตถุประสงค์ที่ได้เก็บรวบรวมนั้นอีกต่อไป และ

(ฉ) ร้องขอให้เราทำให้แน่ใจว่าข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านจะยังคงถูกต้อง เป็นปัจจุบัน สมบูรณ์ และไม่ก่อให้เกิดความเข้าใจผิด

ท่านสามารถใช้สิทธิของท่านข้างต้นและสิทธิตามพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 ได้ โดยส่งคำขอและ/หรือข้อซักถามของท่านมาที่อีเมล์ compliance@gwm.co.th

ในกรณีใดดังกล่าวข้างต้น เราอาจร้องขอให้ท่านพิสูจน์ตัวบุคคลของท่านโดยจัดส่งสำเนาเอกสารที่สามารถระบุตัวบุคคลโดยถูกต้องให้แก่เราเพื่อให้เราสามารถปฏิบัติตามหน้าที่ด้านความปลอดภัยของเราได้และป้องกันการเปิดเผยข้อมูลโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต

เราจะดำเนินการให้บรรลุผลตามคำขอของท่านโดยไม่ชักช้าภายใน 30 วันนับจากวันที่ได้รับคำขอดังกล่าว ในกรณีที่เราไม่สามารถปฏิบัติตามคำขอของท่านได้ เราจะแจ้งให้ท่านทราบเหตุผลโดยเร็ว

นโยบายคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลฉบับนี้อาจทำการปรับปรุงเปลี่ยนแปลงเป็นครั้งคราว หากเราไม่ได้รับความยินยอมอย่างชัดแจ้งจากท่าน เราจะไม่ตัดสิทธิ์ของท่านภายใต้นโยบายคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลฉบับนี้ ในกรณีที่มีการปรับปรุงเปลี่ยนแปลงใดๆ เกี่ยวกับนโยบายฉบับนี้ เราจะแจ้งเตือนให้ทราบอย่างชัดแจ้งเพื่อขอความยินยอมจากท่านอีกครั้ง (รวมถึง แต่ไม่จำกัดแค่เพียง การส่งข้อความทางโทรศัพท์มือถือการแจ้งเตือนพิเศษในหน้าเว็บไซต์และอีเมล) และนโยบายคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่แก้ไขจะมีผลตั้งแต่วันที่เผยแพร่ หากท่านยอมรับคำชี้แจงที่แก้ไข จะถือว่าท่านได้ยอมรับการเปลี่ยนแปลงหรือการปรับปรุงนโยบายคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลฉบับนี้ นโยบายการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลดังกล่าวจะเป็นฉบับล่าสุดและมีผลบังคับใช้กับข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลทั้งหมดของท่าน

เว้นแต่จะระบุไว้เป็นอย่างอื่น  เราจะเก็บนโยบายคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลฉบับก่อนหน้าไว้ และแสดงไว้ที่ด้านท้ายของนโยบายคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลฉบับล่าสุด เพื่อไว้เป็นข้อมูลสำหรับการอ้างอิงของท่าน
